Ten years ago, the Julien Dubuque International Film Festival was an idea born on the banks of the Mississippi River.
Today, it is internationally recognized as an indie film festival with a keen eye for emerging talent.
The 2021 event marks a decade of innovation and celebration of up and coming filmmakers. Expanded to an eight-days in length, this year the accepted films from both 2020 and 2021 will be screened.
Pre-Festival events take place in Galena, IL on April 16 & 17
Screenings and Film Festival events take place in Dubuque, IA from April 18-25
